Section Rev 808.01 - Taxpayer Records and Information

Every transferor and transferee shall maintain all appraisals, accounting, financial, or general information relied upon to establish the value of the real estate transferred or any other information required to be shown on any document or attachment required pursuant to RSA 78-B and Rev 802, Rev 805, Rev 806, Rev 807, Rev 809, and Rev 810.
