Section Rev 710.02 - Form DP-14 WS, Meals and Rentals Tax Worksheet(a) Form DP-14 WS, "Meals and Rentals Tax Worksheet", available in the publication of the New Hampshire meals and rentals tax booklet shall be completed by operators to calculate their meals and rentals tax liability.(b) The operator shall maintain the completed meals and rentals tax worksheets for a minimum of 3 years from whichever of the following is the later date:(1) The original due date of the first return listed on the worksheet; or(2) The date the first returned was filed.N.H.
