Section Rev 610.01 - Form PA-16, Application for Reimbursement to Municipalities in Which Federal and State Forest Land is Situated(a) Form PA-16, "Application for Reimbursement to Municipalities in Which Federal and State Forest Land is Situated," shall be filed with the DRA by the local municipal assessing officials to list the number of acres of national and state forest land on which reimbursement is requested, pursuant to RSA 227-H:13.N.H.
