Section Rev 419.03 - Other Application Requirements

An applicant shall also complete and file Form PA-33, "Statement of Qualification for Property Tax Credit, Exemption or Tax Deferral under RSA 72:33, V," if the person has:

(a) Placed property in a grantor/revocable trust;
(b) Equitable title in property; or
(c) A life estate in property.
