Section Rev 3206.02 - Investigation of Complaints(a) If the complaint alleges a violation of RSA 77-G or Rev 3200, the department shall either conduct an inquiry or refer the complaint to another agency for investigation.(b) If the complaint does not state a violation of RSA 77-G or Rev 3200, the department shall notify the complainant in writing.(c) If the complaint is about a scholarship organization, the department shall conduct an inquiry into the merits of the complaint. If the department determines the complaint has merit, the department shall require an independent audit of the scholarship organization to be paid by the scholarship organization as set forth in RSA 77-G:6, I(b).N.H.
