Section Rev 301.03 - Association "Association" means a group of individuals or business organizations which:
(a) Transacts business activity;(b) Perpetuates its period of existence notwithstanding that its members or participants change; and(c) Might have been created by a formal agreement, declaration of trust or other legal arrangement.N.H. Code Admin. R. Rev 301.03
