Section Rev 2007.08 - Form MS-35, Financial Report of the Village District Budget(a) Form MS-35, "financial report of the village district budget", shall be completed and filed in accordance with the uniform classification of accounts in this chapter by the village district commissioners to report the financial status of the village district to the department.(b) Form MS-35, "financial report of the village district budget", shall contain dated signatures of a majority of the village district commissioners and of the preparer to certify that, to the best of their belief, the information contained in the form is true, correct and complete.N.H.
