Section Rev 1903.04 - Discovery Period

The discovery period shall:

(a) Be consistent with applicable statutes of limitations; and

(b) Apply to either the termination of:

(1) The bond as an entirety; or

(2) The term of office of any person filling any position stated in the schedule.
