Section Rev 1701.05 - Expenditure(s)

"Expenditure(s)" means:

(a) The cost of goods delivered or services rendered, whether paid or unpaid;
(b) Expenses, except depreciation;
(c) Provision for debt retirement not reported as a liability of the fund from which retired; and
(d) Capital outlays.
