Section Rev 1602.02 - Disaggregated Charges(a) Services provided by a retailer to a customer shall not be included in the gross charge when: (1) They are not necessary for, or directly related, to the provision of communications services;(2) They are identified as separate services to the customer; and(3) The cost for such services are disaggregated.(b) Disaggregated services shall include, but not be limited to the following:(1) Directory advertising;(3) Billing and collection revenue; and(4) Non-communication products.N.H.
