Section Rev 1601.01 - Agency

"Agency" means any:

(a) Legislative body;

(b) Department;

(c) Commission;

(d) Board;

(e) Institution;

(f) Bureau; or

(g) Other entity under the authority of the state or federal government, and not otherwise specifically excluded by law as a state or federal entity.
