Section Rev 1008.04 - Tobacco License Application(a) Manufacturers and wholesalers intending to engage in the business of selling or distributing tobacco products in this state shall: (1) Complete and file Form DP-31, "Application for Tobacco Tax License", with the department in accordance with Rev 1009.08; and(2) Remit the applicable statutory fee pursuant to RSA 78:6, IV.N.H. Admin. Code § Rev 1008.04
