Section Ret 205.02 - Disposition of Rulemaking Petitions(a) Within 30 days after the filing of a rulemaking petition that meets the requirements of this section, the board of trustees shall act on the petition in the following manner:(1) Grant the petition and begin rulemaking proceedings; or(2) Issue an order denying the petition and setting forth the reasons for such denial.(b) Any order denying a rulemaking petition shall be final and the person filing such petition or any other interested person shall not be entitled to request the commencement of an adjudicative proceeding under this chapter.N.H.
