Section Res 8502.04 - Parking Restrictions(a) No person shall park a conventional vehicle except in areas designated for parking;(b) No person shall park a conventional vehicle in any area posted as restricted. Parking restrictions shall be accomplished by posting signs that spell out the prohibited use, by public notification by authorized DRED personnel, or both, as appropriate;(c) No person shall park a conventional vehicle in front of any rail trail or reservation gate;(d) Any conventional vehicle illegally parked as described above shall be subject to towing at the owner's expense; and(e) This section shall not apply to bureau personnel in the performance of their duties.N.H.
