Grant-in-aid ("GIA") shall be used for the development and maintenance of OHRV and snowmobile trails on private, state, federal, or municipal lands. All state, federal or municipal permits required shall be the responsibility of the OHRV club, snowmobile club or political subdivision applying for grant-in-aid.
