Section Res 7306.05 - Use of Park Buildings, Facilities, and Specified Areas(a) Only the park building(s), facilities, or specified area(s) of the park identified in the special use permit shall be used for the event.(b) Hours of the event shall be limited to the time authorized by the special use permit.(c) For verification purposes, a copy of the special use permit shall be presented to the park manager or other authorized DRED personnel on the day of the event.(d) The event and all event activities shall not adversely impact use of the park by other park patrons.(e) Signs, postings, decorations and setup for the event shall be subject to the approval of the park manager.(f) Event attendees shall park in designated areas identified by the park manager or other authorized DRED personnel.(g) All buildings, facilities or park areas used for the event shall be restored to the same condition in which it was originally found.(h) Supervision of the event shall be the responsibility of the individual or group identified by the special use permit.N.H.
