Section Res 7305.02 - Trail Use Limitations

No person shall use the following equipment on the Franconia Notch recreational trail:

(a) Skateboards;

(b) Roller skates, rollerblades, or roller skis;

(c) Children's tricycles shall be prohibited except where permitted from the parking lot to the Old Man Viewing Area;

(d) Motorized bicycles; or

(e) Electronic Personal Assistive Mobility Devices (EPAMD), such as Segways.
