Applications submitted by the deadline shall be reviewed by the JPP administrator for completeness. If the JPP administrator determines that the application is incomplete in any respect, the JPP administrator shall notify the organization in writing of the specific deficiencies and allow the organization to amend the application within 5 working days of receipt of notification.
