Section Res 212.04 - Evidence(a) Receipt of evidence shall be governed by the provisions of RSA 541-A:33.(b) All relevant, material evidence shall be admissible.(c) The presiding officer, shall exclude evidence which is irrelevant, immaterial, or unduly repetitious.
