Section Rep 403.02 - Record Keeping(a) The responsibility of maintaining records to be used to support credits claimed shall be the responsibility of the licensee.(b) Records required shall contain at least the following documentation: (1) A current continuing education transcript from the National Court Reporters Association or(2) A current continuing education transcript from the National Verbatim Reporters Association.N.H.
