Section Rep 301.03 - Additional Requirements Applicants for licensure shall provide the following:
(a) A copy of their high school diploma or the equivalent;.(b) A copy of a valid certificate from the National Court Reporters Association or the National Verbatim Reporters Association demonstrating proficiency in machine shorthand or voice reporting; and(c) A valid surety bond for the penal sum of $1,000 with one or more sureties approved by the attorney general and conditioned that the applicant conform to and not violate any of the duties, terms, conditions, provisions or requirements of this subdivision.N.H.
