Section Rec 406.07 - Documentation of a Licensee's Participation in the Work of Professional Boards and Committees

Documentation of a licensee's participation in the work of a board or committee of a professional recreation therapy organization shall be a dated letter on professional letterhead confirming the licensee's participation and the approximate total hours of the licensee's service, signed by:

(a) The president, head or chair of the board or committee; or

(b) If the licensee is the president, head or chair, 2 or more members of the board or committee.
