Section Rea 207.01 - Explanation of Rules(a) The commission shall provide, if requested by any person up to 30 days of the final adoption of any rule, an explanation of the rule to include: (1) A concise statement of the principal reasons for and against the adoption of the rule in its final form; and(2) An explanation of why the commission overruled the arguments and consideration against the rule.(b) The request shall be considered at the next scheduled commission meeting and the commission shall issue a response within 45 days after consideration.N.H.
