Section Rea 205.02 - Request for Continuance(a) Requests for granting continuances based on good cause shall be submitted, in writing, to the executive director at least 10 days prior to the hearing date. Good cause shall include the unavailability of parties, witnesses or representatives necessary to conduct the hearing, or any other circumstances that demonstrate that a postponement would assist in resolving the case fairly, unless such unavailability is due to action or inaction on the part of the party.
(b) Any such requests submitted less than 10 days in advance of a hearing shall be accompanied by an affidavit demonstrating good cause for the late filing.(c) Good cause for late filing shall include but not be limited to: (2) Death of a family member; and(3) Conflicting court schedules.N.H.
