Section Puc 404.11 - General Preservation and Availability of Records(a) ELECs and ILECs shall preserve all records required by Puc 200, 400, and 1600 for a period of 2 years unless otherwise designated by the commission's rules governing the preservation of records.(b) ELECs and ILECs shall make available the records required to be preserved pursuant to (a) above to the commission, or its designated representative, for examination during the telephone utility's normal business hours.N.H.
