Section Puc 3005.02 - Prospective Suspension of Marketing and Sales Activities(a) If the commission finds, after notice and an opportunity to be heard and after consideration of the factors described in Puc 3005.05, that a sanctionable event has occurred with respect to a CNGS or aggregator and that the interests of customers of the CNGS or aggregator would be protected by such action, the commission shall suspend the right of the CNGS or aggregator to engage in marketing or sales activities on a prospective basis for a specified period of time not to exceed the remaining term of the CNGS's or aggregator's current registration under Puc 3003.(b) Upon the issuance by the commission of an order under (a) above, the CNGS or aggregator shall not engage, either directly or indirectly, in any marketing or sales activities in the state with respect to the supply of natural gas or the procurement of such supply during the specified period of time.N.H.
