Section Puc 307.06 - Interconnection Agreements(a) "Interconnection agreement" means an agreement that sets forth the contractual terms necessary for any person or entity that generates electricity to connect to the utility's system.(b) Each utility shall file with the commission a copy of each interconnection agreement entered into by the utility.N.H.
