Section Puc 2502.01 - Alternative compliance payment

"Alternative compliance payment" means a payment that a provider of electricity must remit to the commission for each renewable energy certificate in lieu of retiring certificates to meet the portfolio standards of Puc 2503 for a given year as required by RSA 362-F:10, II.
