Section Puc 2205.10 - Renewable Portfolio Standard Reporting

By July 1 of each year, each CPA that serves as an LSE for its participating customers shall file the annual renewable portfolio standard compliance filing required by Puc 2503.03 and shall pay to the department of energy any alternative compliance payment due pursuant to Puc 2503.
