In the event of suspension from regional wholesale market participation by ISO-NE or another event causing the CPA to be unable to provide service to its customers within the CPA service area, the CPA shall provide immediate written notice to the commission describing the market suspension or other event, the effective time of the inability to provide service, and the notice provided to customers of the timing and consequences of the cessation of CPA service. A copy of such notice shall be provided at the same time to the office of the consumer advocate, the department of energy, and each utility serving customers in the CPA service area.
