Section Puc 2205.03 - Utility Services to CPAs

Electric distribution utilities shall provide services, including, if requested, passthrough or complete billing services to CPAs on the same terms and conditions and at the same rates and charges as apply to CEPS, except as otherwise provided by statute or under these rules.
