Section Puc 2103.02 - Preferences to Competitive Affiliates Regarding Products and Services, Distribution System Information, and Customer Information(a) A utility shall provide its products and services, including but not limited to terms and conditions, pricing, and timing, to competitive affiliates, and to non-affiliated competitors in a non-discriminatory manner;(b) A utility shall provide access to distribution system information to its competitive affiliates and to non-affiliated competitors in a non-discriminatory manner; or(c) A utility shall not allow an employee, officer, director, or agent of a competitive affiliate access to customer information except as permitted in accordance with Puc 2104.01.N.H.
