Section Puc 204.07 - Complaints Regarding Non-Utilities

For all other complaints filed pursuant to Puc 204.01 over which the commission has jurisdiction, the provisions of Puc 204.02 through 204.06 shall apply to entities that are not public utilities to the same extent as if such entities were public utilities.
