Section Puc 204.01 - Submission of Formal Complaints(a) Any person wishing to make a formal complaint to the commission regarding an entity over which the commission has jurisdiction shall do so by filing the complaint in writing with the executive director pursuant to Puc 203.02.(b) The provisions of Puc 203 shall not apply to complaints filed pursuant to this rule unless the commission institutes adjudicative proceedings pursuant to Puc 204.05.N.H.
