Upon the conclusion of the election, the representative of the board shall prepare a report of election setting forth the results of the election. In cases where a voter or a ballot has been challenged or an objection is made to conduct at the polling area, the report shall set out a clear and concise statement of the reason for the objection or challenge, together with the name of the challenged voter and the name and affiliation of the person filing the challenge or objection. The representative of the board shall deliver a copy of this report to the parties to the election when the report is filed with the board.
