Section Psyc 205.13 - Record of the Hearings(a) The board shall record all hearings by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record of the proceedings.(b) A stenographic recording of the hearing shall be taken and preserved in all hearings involving: (1) The issuance, renewal, or other status of a regular, emergency or temporary license to practice psychology; and(2) Disciplinary action upon a licensee.(c) If any person requests a transcript of the recording of a hearing, the board shall: (1) Cause an estimate of the cost to transcribe the recording to be prepared, and provided to the person requesting the transcript; and(2) Upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, authorize preparation of the transcript and transmittal of the document to the board and a copy to the person making the request.N.H.
