Section Pos 1601.02 - Description of Program(a) The program shall support the promotion, acquisition, and retention of a large animal veterinarian in New Hampshire, but shall not be obligated to promote the resulting veterinary practice.(b) Should more than one veterinarian apply for assistance under this program, preference shall be given to practices serving the counties of Coos, Carroll, Grafton, and Belknap.(c) A minimum balance of $100,000 shall be in the large animal veterinarian net tuition repayment fund prior to the selection of the first participating veterinarian and shall be allocated for the loan repayment of that recipient.(d) Additional recipients shall not be eligible to participate until such time as additional funds, in increments of $100,000, are available.N.H.
