Section Pos 1501.07 - Continued Eligibility(a) A recipient of a prior award, who continues to work as a CART provider or sign language interpreter shall continue to be eligible for a maximum of 5 years.(b) For continued eligibility, a prior recipient shall annually submit an application by the deadline specified in Pos 1501.05.N.H.
