Section Pos 1501.03 - Approved CART and Sign Language Certification(a) CART providers shall have current certification as a "Certified CART Provider (CCP)", as provided by the national court reporters association (NCRA).(b) Sign language interpreters shall be:(1) Licensed by the board of licensure of interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing under RSA 326-I; or(2) Certified by NH department of education as an educational interpreter.N.H.
