Section Pos 1305.01 - Return of State Matching Funds(a) If, after state matching funds have been awarded to and received by a participating institution, it is discovered that the institution received more in state matching funds than the institution should have received under Pos 1303 any funds over awarded shall be returned to the state.(b) State matching funds that are returned to the state from a participating institution shall be returned to the program for redistribution with the next fiscal year's state matching fund distribution.N.H.
