Section Pos 1304.01 - Distribution of State Matching Funds(a) On June 1 of each fiscal year, the commission shall distribute the state matching funds to the participating institutions for deposit into the participating institution endowment fund.(b) Only those institutions whose signed and certified copies of form PEC GSS-100 have been received by the deadline specified in Pos 1303.01(b) shall be eligible to receive funds.(c) The amount of each participating institution's award shall be determined in accordance with Pos 1303.01.N.H.
