Section Pol 302.06 - Gaming Enforcement InvestigatorsThe following shall apply to gaming enforcement investigators:
(a) Any gaming enforcement investigator of the former racing and charitable gaming commission, now the lottery commission, who is appointed on or after July 1, 1986 and who is not a certified full-time police officer shall successfully complete the police academy within 6 months from the date of appointment;(b) Upon termination of employment, the certification of any gaming enforcement investigator who was certified under the provisions existing prior to July 1, 1986 shall lapse.N.H.
