Section Pod 401.02 - Renewal of License(a) At least 60 days prior to the expiration of license, the board shall provide to each licensee a renewal application.(b) Any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit:(1) The completed renewal application supplied by the board on or before June 30 of the year in which the licensee's renewal is set to occur;(2) The fee as specified in Plc 1002.40; and(3) Proof of completion of the continuing education requirements of Pod 402.N.H. Admin. Code § Pod 401.02
