Section Plc 807.03 - Revocation, Denial, and Disciplinary Action

Administrative disciplinary actions against an applicant or registrant, such as application denial, suspension or revocation of registration, or the imposition of a fine, shall be initiated and pursued as provided in Plc 206 and Plc 311.
