Section Plc 804.03 - Continuing Education(a) As required by RSA 327-A:14, registered ophthalmic dispensers shall complete a minimum of 8 continuing education credits during the 2 year period prior to each renewal of registration.(b) The credits shall be earned through any combination of live synchronous classes, whether attended remotely or in person, remote classes, or other online mechanisms.(c) Continuing education events approved by the ABO-NCLE shall qualify for continuing education credits without pre-approval by the executive director.(d) Events that are not approved by the ABO-NCLE shall be pre-approved by the executive director as described in Plc 804.04 to qualify for continuing education credits.N.H.
