Section Plc 804.01 - Registrant Obligations to Notify, Display Registration(a) Each registrant shall:(1) Notify the licensing bureau within 10 working days when a change of name occurs; and(2) Update the OPLC's records within 10 working days when a change of personal contact information occurs.(b) As required by RSA 327-A:8, registrants shall display their registrations so as to be visible to customers in their principal place of business.(c) Each registrant shall know, and have available in the registrant's office or other place of business, information regarding how complaints can be filed with the OPLC.(d) Each registrant shall inform the licensing bureau within 10 working days of any of the circumstances identified in Plc 307.02.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 804.01
