Section Plc 803.11 - Facilitated Registration for Active Duty Military and Military Spouses(a) An applicant for licensure who is on active military duty or who is a military spouse shall apply for licensure as provided in Plc 803.03, except that no application processing fee shall be required.(b) Each applicant who applies for facilitated licensing under this section shall be eligible to obtain a facilitated license if the applicant meets the qualifications for licensure summarized in Plc 803.01.(c) Any individual who obtains a facilitated license under this section shall comply with all license renewal requirements specified in Plc 805 if the individual wishes to continue to work as a ophthalmic dispenser in New Hampshire after the term of the initial registration.N.H.
