Section Plc 709.03 - Ethical Standards Each person to whom these standards apply shall:
(a) Not aid or abet, directly or indirectly, the practice of anyone who is not duly licensed;(b) Not advertise claims that are misleading, untrue, or unsupportable by facts;(c) Cooperate with inspections and with lawful investigations by the executive director;(d) Maintain sexual boundaries by: (1) Refraining from any behavior that exploits the practitioner-client relationship in a sexual way; and(2) Avoiding any behavior that is sexual or sexually demeaning, or that could be reasonably interpreted as such, even when initiated by or consented to by the client or a colleague;(e) Not engage in hazing or sexual, verbal, or physical harassment of any individual when interacting in a professional capacity;(f) Not discriminate based on age, sex, gender identity, race, creed, color, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, or national origin; and(g) Comply with all local, state, and federal labor laws.N.H.
