Section Plc 706.01 - Rules of Practice and Procedure(a) The rules in Plc 200 shall govern procedures for:(1) The receipt of misconduct complaints and the investigation thereof;(2) The conduct of disciplinary hearings;(4) Voluntary surrender of licenses; and(5) Any other procedures not included in this chapter.(b) As provided in RSA 314:7, VII, rehearings and appeals of an order of the executive director to deny, suspend, or revoke a license or impose a fine shall be made under RSA 541.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 706.01
