Section Plc 313.09 - Obligations of Licensees by Endorsement

Upon issuance of a license or provisional license under this part, the licensee shall become subject to:

(a) Plc 307 relative to licensee obligations;

(b) Plc 308 relative to license renewal;

(c) Plc 309 through Plc 312; and

(d) The regulatory authority of the applicable board.
